Approved community proof

A claim-safe proof hub for schools, sponsors, donors, grant reviewers, and partners.

This page explains how Bolivia Multicultural Network handles public proof: approved photos, approved quotes, approved public references, program context, and outcome details only when the use scope is confirmed.

Current public proof status

The public site currently publishes owned photos, owned video, organization verification, program descriptions, and reviewer-ready materials. Public testimonials, partner names, logos, exact attendance numbers, and formal outcomes are not published until they are approved for that specific use.

Approved proof framework

No public testimonials are published yet

This is intentional. Schools, hospitals, families, sponsors, donors, and community partners should only appear publicly after approval confirms what can be shown and where it may be used.

Approved quote

Short public quote, approved speaker label, approved use location, and any expiration or edit restrictions.

Approved organization or event label

Only publish a school, city, hospital, company, event, sponsor, donor, or partner name when approval explicitly allows it.

Approved media

Photo, video, or clip with approved subjects, approved caption, approved channel, and privacy review.

Program context

City, audience segment, program format, language, date range, and setup context when those details are approved.

Outcome fields

Programs delivered, audience members reached, youth participants, artist participation, bilingual access, or partner support only after review.

Private reference path

Some reviewers need a private reference instead of a public quote. That path is handled by inquiry before publication.

Current public proof status

Owned media

Program gallery with approved owned photo and video context.

Organization verification

Florida Division of Corporations public listing for Bolivia Multicultural Network Inc.

Program materials

Program one-sheet, sponsor/grant profile, partner packet, and media kit.

Inquiry process

Structured form captures audience, city, date, funding path, and reviewer needs.

Have approved feedback, photos, or video?

Share the approval scope first: who approved it, what may be quoted or shown, whether names/logos can appear, where it can be used, and any expiration or audience limits.
